It seems extrajudicial killings by police and other offenses are all we hear about. Yet sometimes, officers do go to jail. How Do other cops Account for their Crimes?

The cases are countless in which police are accused of extrajudicial killings and misdeeds. Few are punished, partly because of the cover-up.
But sometimes, despite obstruction, cops investigating fellow cops, and lack of funds — justice is done and police officers go to jail.
With the cops exercising authority over the citizens during curfew hours, they should be accountable for all their actions.
