10-Year-Old Boy Mauled To Death By German Shepherd Dogs

According to reports, Gerald Otieno, the little boy, was attacked when helping a friend take his dogs for a walk.

The boy had let loose the dogs and his parents when his parents were away from home.

The unfortunate incident was confirmed by West Migwena sub location assistant chief Benard Nyerere.

The chief stated that the defenseless Otieno was instantaneously killed by the 12 vicious and ravenous dogs as soon as they pounced on him.

Nyerere revealed that only a few of the boy's body parts and his garments were left behind by German shepherd dogs.

According to the administrator, the deceased's friend who had let the dogs out did not report the event.

Otieno’s mother accidentally bumped over her son’s remains beside a stream when he went looking for him after getting worried because his son had taken long to get back home.

The Bondo police rushed to the scene and took the boy’s remains to the Bondo hospital morgue immediately they were informed of the matter.

Ibrahim Kosi, the commander of Bondo Sub County Police, announced that inquiries into the event have begun.

Kosi also revealed that since the incident, no one has been able to find the dogs' owner or his entire family.
